Total time 1725 hours. New EASA ARC due for renewal by May 22nd 2009. Long range tanks. Full instrument fit including 2 GPS. The present owners have shared the aircraft since 1993 on the basis of fixed costs split 50/50 and fuel costs based upon hours flown. It is based on a grass strip at Compton Chamberlayne, 8 miles west of Salisbury, where it has always been hangared and where there is a fuel bowser. A partnership of only two makes for good availability Excellent rugged STOL aircraft, able to lift pilot plus 3 passengers, luggage and 4 ½ hours fuel from a 500 yard grass strip. Climbs like a homesick angel. 120 knot cruise provides good touring capability.
